The Cocina Aragonesa has an extensive speciality menu that brings together traditional cooking with creative innovation by the chef.
There is no lack of Basque influenced cuisine thanks to Mertxe Aldanondo, from Donostia. Specialities include seasonal game and fresh fish.
The decoration of the dining room, remains loyal to the traditional Aragonese style, and has kept its ceiling of wooden beams, the stone and terracota floor. It is complimented with jugs, amphora and traditional furniture like the three old-style seats that grace the main dining room.
With a capacity for 50 diners, there is also a small private dining room and the Jardin de Cristal, a conservatory annexe with garden views and a maximum capacity for 70 people.
